Due to the nature of the product we are unable to accept returns. If we have made an error while packing your order, or an item is damaged please contact us at orders@midsouthcraftingsupplies.com. Please include pictures, name and order # to help us quickly pull up your order,
Shipping
We strive to ship all packages out as quickly as possible. In most cases this is same day,unless placed on a holiday or weekend. We do have shipping cut off times set in place due to our mail carriers coming once a day for pick up.
We offer free shipping at $249, the carrier will be up to our discretion due to rising shipping cost. We will try our best to honor requests.
